1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled
Incorrect product delivered
Quality issues reported within the specified time

Note: Due to the nature of agro products (perishable goods), returns are only accepted within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us via email or phone within the eligible time period
Provide order details, invoice, and clear images of the product
Our team will verify and approve the return request

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products used or partially consumed
Products reported after the return window
Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products:

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund
Replacement is subject to product availability

7. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the company if the issue is genuine
Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable
